Anita S. Rodgers, president of ASR Consulting, Inc, and co-founder of Breakers Island, LLC, is known best as an education consultant specializing in adult education and family literacy. She has over 20 years of related work experience and previously served as the Executive Director of the Florida Literacy Coalition and Senior Vice President of Volunteer Florida Foundation for the Governor’s Literacy and Mentoring Initiatives.
Rodgers served as a statewide literacy advocate and developed numerous projects that were replicated throughout Florida. Her highly energetic workshop style consistently delights audiences and makes learning fun. Rodgers holds a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Central Florida. She is responsible for training and instructional design projects that develop curriculum, resource materials, and instructional guides as well as conducting statewide training opportunities for teachers, administrators and literacy/mentoring practitioners.
